what s the best cheese to use in a cheese fondue fountain and do i need to mix the cheese with something else ?

What type of things would be good to dip on Milk Chocolate Fondue?

We are doing a Fondue Party this weekend and I am trying to get some ideas for the chocolate fondue.
So far I have:
Strawberries
Raspberries
Angel Food Cake
Marshmallows
Any other ideas welcome, feel free to be creative!
