My NYE fondue. Hand-made sauces, my famous Brie dip, fresh handmade garlic, herbs, and spices butter.
The broth is the hardest part, a combination of vegetables and spices, stewed for four hours, then drained and flavored to taste before being warmed gently and moved to the fondue burner.
Since I got no less than five emails on this one:
www.jluster.org/documentum/Cooking/Teriyaki – the Teriyaki sauce. The others are, from top, clockwise, Herb and Garlic Mustard, Teriyaki, Remoulade, Cream Horseradish. I didn’t make the Cream Horseradish, I just bought some ready made Horseradish and some ready made cream and herbs, mixed the two and called it a day.
