Spike Mendelsohn, Top Chef 4 contestant and chef of Good Stuff Eatery, won the competition with his Smokehouse Burger featuring Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese, applewood bacon, fried onion rings and chipotle barbeque sauce.
