FONDUE GORGONZOLA SWISS CASTLE
- Sealed foil pouch requires no refrigeration
- Made with real Swiss cheese, Wine and Fruit Brandy
- Serves 2 as a meal or 8 as an appetizer
Product Description
This Swiss Castle Gorgonzola Cheese Fondue has a very strong gorgonzola (similar to blue cheese) taste – stronger than most Americans are accustomed to. It is good as an appetizer, but not quite as well suited as a main course.
Preparation is simple: Cut open the pouch and empty the contents into a fondue pot (electric or earthenware) and warm up to just below boiling.
