We want to fondue on Valentines day, I have salmon in the freezer?

has anyone dipped salmon chunks in a fondue pot with oil? Otherwise I’ll go and get other kinds of meat.
Buggerhead, your answer sounds like you may have tried this, have you? Everyone else says it wont work.
