Quick ideas for valentine’s days dinner for eight!?

I am skilled in the kitchen, but a very busy woman. What can I fix for eight people that is simple yet looks difficult? I already have dessert, chocolate fondue with fruits and pound cake. But I need a menu for dinner.
Mar Mar, the grill thing sounds nice, but it is 20 degrees outside!
