Author Kellye Davis to Appear at The Melting Pot Restaurants of the Tri-State Area for a Talk and Book Signing Event
Westwood, NJ, White Plains, NY and Darien, CT (PRWEB) April 19, 2010
The Melting Pot Restaurants of the New York metropolitan area (Westwood, White Plains and Darien) will host an interactive talk and signing event with local author Kellye Davis. During the seminar, Davis will discuss excerpts from her new book and provide some “healthful” summer meditation practices to help attendees relax, de-stress and find peace of mind.
“I am very grateful to The Melting Pot restaurants for providing this opportunity to address the public on how to tackle today’s stressful lifestyles and be able to live a more blissful life,” said Kellye Davis, president of KD Publishing and author the highly acclaimed book, “The Bliss Principle – Easy Ways to Go from Stress to Peace.” “Let’s face it – we have the power to go from stress to peace in a healthy way at a moment’s notice. We just need the tools to do it,” said Davis.
During this event, Davis will discuss her Bliss Breathing Techniques™ and the basic benefits of mediation. She will also lead a mealtime “moving meditation” which will allow the attendees to experience the peaceful power behind eating great food in silence and ease while savoring food’s flavor and texture.
The talk and book signing event will be held at three Melting Pot locations – Westwood (NJ), White Plains (NY) and Darien (CT) from Tuesday, May 4 – Thursday, May 6. The tickets, which include a three-course meal, fountain drinks and a copy of Davis’ new book, cost $ 34.95 each.”
