Happy Holidays to all!!:) I’m going to try to make fondue tonight for the first time, on the stove though as I don’t own a fondue pot yet. I found a great looking recipe that calls for butter,flour,worchestire,dry mustard, beer, and Old Canadian cheddar. Has anyone tried to make fondue on the stove,? I know some people use wine but I went for a recipe that used beer as I already had some at home. Also I have a sharp white cheddar from Vermont, I couldn’t find the “Canadian cheddar”..I hope this turns out okay..:)
I should’ve clarified that my kitchen supplies are a little limited, I don’t own a double broiler yet either:)
