Brief video from the Burger Bash event at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival when 25 chefs competed with their burger recipes. In the video, you see Chef Michelle Bernstein-Martinez, Bobby Flay behind her, the hungry crowds and more. Sargento served chili spiced onion rings with cheese fondue (recipe available at www.artisancheesecenter.com). Spike Mendelsohn, Top Chef 4 contestant and chef of Good Stuff Eatery, won the competition with his Smokehouse Burger featuring Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese, applewood bacon, fried onion rings and chipotle barbeque sauce.
