  • clampnugget:

    go to cooks.com

  • BIG_DADDY-J:

    2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. shredded sharp processed
    American cheese (about 8 oz.)
    2 drops red pepper sauce
    1/3 c. dry white wine
1 can (5 oz.) lobster, drained and
    broken into small pieces

In earthen fondue pot, melt butter over low heat. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Add red pepper sauce, gradually stir in wine. Add lobster, stir until heated through. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dip. Dip with either raw vegetables or chips.
