For valentines day my husband and I are staying in and finally using the fondue sets we got as wedding gifts. I need to know some simple and yummy recipes for both dinner fondue and dessert fondue.

Cheese fondue: Melt cheese & dip cubes of crusty bread in.

sorry but i know no recipes for chocolate fondue!
For a dessert fondue, use 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, one jar of caramel sauce (ice cream topping) and 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate. Stir together over heat until chocolate is melted, then dip fresh fruit and pretzels. It works best if you chop the chocolate before adding to the milk and caramel.
